『道德經』是老子處於亂世時所著作，本書深藏著修身、齊家、治國、平天下的智慧。目前世界局勢處於混亂的局面，台灣更面臨在這混亂局勢中最危險的地區，稍一不慎，則生靈塗炭，民不聊生，有緣者期望將本書多多分享給周邊的朋友即從事政治的人物，期望能幫助台灣能導正社會風氣。人民有道，則能享有福祿壽，治國者有道，則能讓百姓安居樂業避開人禍。

道德經 第六十五 玄德章 

古之善為道者，非以明民，將以愚之。民之難治，以其智多。故以智治國，國之賊；不以智治國，國之福。知此兩者，亦稽式。常知稽式，是謂玄德。玄德深矣，遠矣，與物反矣，然後乃至大順。

The focus of this chapter / 重點提示

When people can’t return to a pure mind, a country will be difficult to govern.

當人們不能回到純樸的思惟時，該國就很難治理。

古之善為道者，非以明民，將以愚之。民之難治，以其智多。故以智治國，國之賊；不以智治國，國之福。

Ancient grandmasters motivated people to come back to a pure life, and they didn’t teach people to gain the untrue knowledge; otherwise, it will be hard for a country to lead its people. If a country has dishonest people to govern the state it is like welcoming a robber into our home. It will not be a good thing for a country.

古代大師鼓勵人們回歸單純的心靈;他們不教人們獲得虛偽的知識;否則，該國很難管理這些的人，如果一個國家有不誠實的人來管理國家，這就像是邀請一個強盜進入我們的家。對一個國家來說這不會是一件好事。

知此兩者，亦稽式。常知稽式，是謂玄德。玄德深矣，遠矣，與物反矣，然後乃至大順。

As the above mentioned, the sages tell people how to distinguish the different ways a country is governed.

 If there are not scheming people, how do people distinguish what real talent is? Without disasters, how do people cherish what they have? Without obstacles, how do people solve our problems and increase wisdom? Without wars, how do people love peace? Without sickness, how do people know that health is precious?

Through the above ways, human intelligence can gradually grow. It is the incredible place of Tao, yet it is a natural law. It has far-reaching impact on human.

如上所述，聖人告訴人們如何區分一個國家治理的不同方式。

如果沒有那些詭計多端的人，人們如何區分真正的人才？沒有災難，人們如何珍惜他們所擁有的？沒有障礙，人們如何解決我們的問題並增加智慧？沒有戰爭，人們如何熱愛和平？沒有生病，人們怎麼知道健康是寶貴的？

通過以上方式，人類智能可以逐漸增長。這是「道」不可思議的地方，但它是一個自然規律。它對人類有著深遠的影響。

In conclusion / 結論

In a democratic country, politicians can’t show bad ideas and behavior; otherwise, people will follow suit. In the era of democracy and information, people can adequately express their views. Also, if politicians do not understand these reasons, a country will be difficult to govern.

In the early days of democracy, for elections, some politicians have put forward many policies that are not conducive to the future development of the country.

In the end, this led to a gradual weakening of the country. When will a country go on the right track and develop steadily? When people are tired of lies, the state naturally returns to normal. We have to spend a long time to experience these processes.

在民主國家，政治家不能表現出不好的想法和行為;否則，人們會效仿。在民主和信息時代，人們可以充分表達自己的觀點。而且，如果政治不了解這些原因，這個國家將難以治理。

在民主初期，為了選舉，一些政治家提出了許多不利於國家未來發展的政策。最終，這導致該國逐漸弱化。國家何時走上正軌並穩步發展？當人們厭倦謊言時，國家自然恢復正常。我們必須花很長時間來體驗這些過程。

For the practitioner / 對於修行者

When practitioners deal with anything, they must not have evil motives and thoughts. Practitioners always take Tao as their central idea.

Practitioners should understand that everything has a positive and negative. When things are in the positive direction, other negative trend is about to come.

When things are still positive, they will turn harmful over time. Just as a country is already robust, over time, the nation will be pride and arrogant, and people will lose their sense of crisis, and then the country will slowly decline. Their souls will sublimate after people experience suffering and frustration. It is the laws of Tao and is an incredible thing.

當修行者處理任何事情時，他們絕不能有邪惡的動機和想法。 

修行者總是以「道」為中心思想。修行者應該明白，一切都有積極和消極的一面。當事情朝著積極的方向發展時，其他消極趨勢即將到來。當事情仍然是正面的時候，隨著時間的推移它們會變得有害。正如一個國家已經很強大，隨著時間的推移，這個國家漸漸就會傲慢，人們會失去危機感，然後國家會慢慢衰落下去。人們經歷痛苦和挫折後，他們的靈魂會昇華。這是「道」的規律，也是一件令人難以置信的事情。

Awakening  your consciousness / 覺悟

How people eliminate the incorrect thinking in the heart is very important in life. 

For the rest of lives, we must make every effort to adjust our past wrong thinking and stubborn personality. It is essential to souls.If not knowing how to change it, we can try to discuss and correct those wrong ideas according to each chapter of the book.  Please, the best way is to have people who have understood the truth guide us.

人們如何消除心中不正確的想法在人生中非常重要。在餘生中，我們必須盡一切努力調整過去的錯誤思想和固執的個性。這對靈魂是至關重要的。

如果不知道如何調整，我們可以嘗試根據本書的每一章節來討論並修正那些錯誤的想法。請最好的方法是讓懂得真相的人引導我們。

『天道無親，常與善人』。天災地變，是天道循環一部分，看似無情，然而，冥冥之中，卻媲祐善良的人。台灣人民擁有中華道統的文化傳承者，台灣所有的寺廟及儀軌均隱藏著天道的思惟，因此台灣人民從小受到這些廟宇文化的影響而有一顆非常善良的心，從善不落人後，因此台灣人民受到天地之間的媲祐。

台灣經過30年的民主政治，台灣人民熱衷於政治，治國者更忽略了國家長期的發展，導致經濟漸漸的下滑，國力慢慢的衰退，甚至未來將進入不可測的戰爭局勢。然而危機就是轉機，治國者心有人民就會有轉機。如果治國者心只有黨及個人利益，則國家將會陷入危機之中。

台灣這30年來不成熟的民主政治帶來的經濟下滑及社會不安，這是一個必然的過程，就如同一個人要經過許許多多的挫折及考驗後才會成長及成熟，一個國家也是如此。30年了，台灣的人民已經更有智慧來判斷一個國家如何正確的方向前進，因此台灣將會轉危為安，再度的崛起，各位不用擔心。這也是本章節的重點，所以才稱之為『玄德』。
